General specifications

• The composite structure was assessed by the accredited testing institute Efectis®.
• Efectis brandwerendheidsrapport: 94-CVB-R1178/2009-Efectis-R0834(Rev.1)/2010-Efectis-R1117-S.
• Designed as an independent fire compartment for the storage of packaged hazardous materials based on the Building Code and guideline PGS 15: 2016 version 1.0.
• Fire resistance (WBDBO) 60 minutes determined in case of a fire from outside and a fire from inside on all criteria of PGS 15:2016 version 1.0, regulation 3.2.9.

• Casing made of galvanized sheet piling. 
• Interior made of non-combustible and insulating material finished with galvanized sheet.
• The roof is equipped with an integrated rain gutter on both long sides.
Standard equipped with ground connection point.

• Standardly equipped with a self-closing single-leaf door in case of fire
.
• Door leaf equipped with latch, panic bar, cylinder lock and door closer including automatic Thermolock fire sealing mechanism
.
• Door rebates equipped with fire sealing strips so that they are automatically closed in case of fire.
• Door can be locked at an opening angle of approx. 90°, in case of fire the Thermolock breaks the locking and the door will automatically close in the latch.

• Standard all around equipped with profiles and lashing strap for bulk securing of 50 liter gas bottles.

• Floor frame made of steel profiles, concrete plywood board and a top layer of non-slip tear sheet.
• Conservation floor frame: SA2.5 blasting and preservation with 100 µm Acraton zinc phosphate epoxy coating in color RAL 7005/mouse gray.

• Ventilation and venting by diametrically placed ventilation openings inside and outside finished with galvanized vane grilles.
• Standardly equipped with flame retardant mesh and fire resistant louvers, so that in case of fire  they are automatically closed.

• Danger designation by pictograms according to PGS 15, Ø and/or ? 200 mm, symbol: "storage of gas cylinders" and "fire, open flame and smoking prohibited" (other pictograms available on request).

• Option A1: exterior, with the exception of the top of the roof, finished with a 2K polyurethane coating in a standard color: RAL 3020/ traffic red, RAL 5010/ gentian blue, RAL 6002/ hard green, RAL 7035/ light gray or RAL 9001/ cream white.
• Option A2: outside, except top of roof, coated with a 2K polyurethane coating in a non-standard RAL color (except traffic, luminous and metallic colors).
• Option D1A: Instead of a single door 1300 mm a double wing door 1800 mm.
• Option D2B: Instead of a single door 1300 mm a double wing door 2700 mm.
